Recently, there are several problems with it, now e.g. I can't log in, the error message is "i is undefined". I hope a reinstall will solve the problem... Yes, it did. But - * :P

Можно попасть в ситуацию где вам не предложат сохранить ваш только что сгенерированный пароль и вы его просто потеряете. В стандартном менеджере firefox это гораздо лучше было сделано.

Расширение для firefox на андроиде я бы оценил на 0 звезд, оно может не видеть полей и/или конфликтует с мобильным приложением, не разблокируется биометрией (пальцем), может не предлагать сохранение. Для Android я поставил приложение Bitwarden из плеймаркета, дал ему все разрешения/включил службы и с ним моя жизнь резко наладилась, оно гораздо лучше работает в мобильным firefox чем расширение.

When will this extension ever get updated? Fastmail masked usernames were announced two weeks ago, yet here my extension sits on a version from over a month ago. Checking for updates does nothing, and reinstalling has the same effect. Would love to try this feature.

Love it, only problem I have is when I type in the vault search, there is a split second were input is disabled. This causes a typo and the search to fail.

Slowing down speed of browser and it is understandable. and auto fill doesnt work most times but I dont care I use it for storing data for my dumb brain

Could you place navigation buttons at the top of the extension window? They are at the bottom while return button is at the top so you have to move cursor up and down. It is not convenient for touchabr users.

This seems to be one of the best password managers I have seen. It was very compact up until the latest update on 12/19/24. Since then, the browser interface has become much more clunky in my opinion. The phone version still seems to be lean and clean. Ignoring the browser interface, the password management is top notch and the ability to generate passwords of variable length with random characters is such a great feature. I have migrated as many passwords as possible to the random version. That does mean I am now intimate with Bitwarden, but there are worse possibilities.

A really good ADD-ON for Firefox to manage passwords. The option for a pop up makes it good to use when there is a need to see the logins for more then just on side.

One thing that would be missing is the ADD-ON prompting for a login into the ADD-ON on browser startup. So you can save your logins when creating new accounts without having to add them later because you weren't logged in.

This extension is pretty good, but needs specific improvements in order to be worthy of 5 Stars. First of all, it does not coordinate with the MS Store Bitwarden App. This seems very strange. For example, I just changed the password for my VPN online at the VPN's website. I did this on my iPhone using the iCloud PW manager functions to generate the new password. I then copied and pasted the new password into the iPhone Bitwarden app. Shortly afterwards, maybe an hour later, I was using my Windows laptop and the Firefox browser and attempted to login to my VPN. When the extension autofilled the password, it was the old password. I thought, Okay, it must not have synced password databases yet. I started the store app and tried autofilling from there, and sure enough, it had the old password, too. So I forced a sync, and it now had the new password. However, when I returned to the Firefox extension and tried to autofill, it again filled the old password! What? So I had to force a sync with the extension before it actually contained the new password! This is nothing but stupid.

Additionally, why do I have to keep logging into the extension with biometrics when I've already logged into the app using biometrics. Or indeed, when I've already logged into Windows using biometrics? This also is a stupid duplication of effort and waste of precious time.

Come on, people. I know you can do better than this.

***** Update 6/5/2023: My earlier comments are still applicable. Now, though, the extension has started logging me out of my account. This is new behavior that did not happen before. When it logs me out, I am only logged out on the extension. I remain logged into my account on the MS Store app. But in order to log back in on the extension, I have to pull up the store app, unlock the vault with biometrics, lookup my master password, copy it to the clipboard, and then use it to log back in to the extension.

It's still a pretty good security app. But although they keep making little tweaks to it, they still haven't fixed the major issues I've reported here.

Been using Bitwarden for over five years and after trying different password mangers I found it to be the best one out there.
