1.1 release!

Highlights:
Added tag searching and filters! Looking for a specific keyword, media type, or number of followers? You can now search using queries just like on e621 or FA.

Faster, lighter scanning engine. Quicker scans, less memory and CPU usage, and less network requests to platforms.

UI refreshed and accessibility features added, the extension as a whole should be much easier on the eyes and accessible for screen readers and keyboard-only inputs. If you have any issues with this, please let me know!

Technical tldr; lots of code polishing, updated libraries, internal benchmark tools and debug features.
