Track a list of profiles and update them on demand:

• Add a profile to the subscriptions list (manually or with one click on the current Instagram tab)
• Update single subscriptions, or run a batch with the "Start all" button
• The batch download adds a 3-5 minute random pause between profiles to reduce the risk of Instagram rate-limiting your account
• Incremental downloads: only new posts since the last update are downloaded each time
