Lex Stratus Forms Manager — Privacy

This extension is for legal practitioners using the Lex Stratus platform (lexetheris.com.au). It fills Australian ImmiAccount visa forms and runs VEVO checks using client data from your Lex Stratus account.

Data accessed (only when you start a fill or VEVO check):
- Your Lex Stratus login cookie, exchanged for a short-lived access token (authentication information).
- Client application data from your Lex Stratus account, which may include names, dates of birth, passport/travel-document numbers, and health-related visa declarations (e.g. whether the applicant has a medical condition).
- The content of the ImmiAccount/VEVO page being filled, to locate the correct fields.

Use: solely to authenticate you, retrieve the forms/data you choose, and enter that data into ImmiAccount/VEVO. The extension acts only on your explicit action.

Storage & sharing: only a short-lived token and fill progress are stored locally; client data is held in memory for the session only and is not retained. Data is sent only to your own Lex Stratus backend (lexetheris.com.au) and the Australian Government site (online.immi.gov.au). No advertising, analytics or tracking; data is never sold. Log out to clear locally stored data.
