A Loading icon blocker blocks a loading icon, including a spinner, some progress indicator, busy cursor, working cursor, loading image/icon/animation/video/movie/circle/bar/status bar that does not show progress/time image/display/material, load element, wait rotation, spinning around and around, Round and round, loader icon, progress bar, waiting rotate, ring cursor, spinning icons, animated moving skeleton screen, and the like.
