Create Odoo Online timesheets from your browser toolbar using your existing Odoo session.

Odoo Timesheet Systray is a lightweight browser toolbar extension for quickly creating, editing, and reviewing Odoo Online timesheets without switching back into the Odoo systray menu.

The extension works with the Odoo session you already have open in a normal browser tab. It does not collect or store your Odoo password. It connects only to Odoo Online pages on *.odoo.com and sends timesheet actions to the Odoo database you choose.

Requirements:

• Odoo Online on *.odoo.com.
• Odoo Enterprise Timesheets with timesheet_grid installed.
• An already logged-in Odoo tab.

How To Use

1. Open and log into your Odoo Online database in a browser tab.
2. Click the Odoo Timesheets toolbar icon.
3. If you have multiple Odoo databases open, choose the database once and click Use.
4. Choose a snippet if you use one, or type a description.
5. Search/select a project and, optionally, a task.
6. Enter a duration or adjust it with the time buttons.
7. Click Create.

Open Settings from the popup to manage description snippets and switch dark mode on or off.

Privacy Summary

The extension uses your existing Odoo browser session to read project/task/timesheet data and to create, edit, or delete timesheet entries in your selected Odoo database. It does not send data to any non-Odoo server and does not store your Odoo password.
