Pomodoro Cult is a browser extension that provides a focus timer, task selection, and local session statistics.

The extension works locally in the browser and does not send user data to a remote server during normal operation.

Data stored locally in browser extension storage:
- timer settings
- task list
- selected task
- theme preference
- language preference
- timer state
- local statistics about completed work sessions

Pomodoro Cult does not collect:
- account data
- browsing history
- analytics or telemetry
- cloud backups
- advertising identifiers
- personal profile data

Pomodoro Cult may read the browser UI language to choose the default extension language automatically. This is only used for interface localization.

Firefox permissions used:
- storage: saves timer state, settings, tasks, theme, language preference, and local statistics
- notifications: shows a system notification when a timer completes
- alarms: wakes the Firefox background runtime at the correct timer completion time
