PromptDeck does not collect, sell, or transmit your prompts, your browsing, or any personal data. Your prompt library lives in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

WHAT WE STORE (LOCALLY ONLY)
Using your browser's extension storage, on your device only:
• Your prompts and folders
• Your settings (e.g. whether the on-page launcher is shown)
• Your Pro/paid status flag
We operate no analytics and no servers that receive your data.

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
• The contents of your AI chats or any page content
• Your browsing history
• Personal identifiers, location, or analytics

HOW IT WORKS
On the supported AI sites (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok), PromptDeck adds an on-page launcher and, when you pick a prompt, types that prompt text into the site's input box (or copies it to your clipboard as a fallback). It only writes your chosen prompt into the page — it does not read or transmit what's on the page.

PAYMENTS
The optional one-time $9 Pro unlock is processed by ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) using Stripe. PromptDeck never sees or stores your card details. See https://extensionpay.com/privacy and https://stripe.com/privacy.

PERMISSIONS
• storage — saves your prompt library and settings locally.
• clipboardWrite — lets "copy prompt" work and serves as a fallback when the chat box can't be found.
• contextMenus — adds a right-click option to save selected text as a prompt; the text you choose is stored locally, nothing is sent anywhere.
• scripting — used only to type your chosen prompt into the active AI chat's input box; it does not read or transmit page content.
• Host access to chatgpt.com, chat.openai.com, claude.ai, gemini.google.com, perplexity.ai, grok.com — required to show the launcher and insert prompts on those sites. No page content is read or transmitted.
