Why we need following permissions?

1. webRequest
   We need to post tab url to SEQRITE Endpoint Protection and get verdict(allow/block) from SEQRITE Endpoint Protection. SEQRITE Endpoint Protection will give verdict based on internal algorithm which identifies if url is malicious/phishing or falls into blocked category.
2. Tabs
   We need to observe the activity of tabs for url browsing/download activity. As per the extension functionality,
   we redirect the tab and show HTML block page if browsed url is malicious/phishing or falls into blocked category.
3. Host permission
   We need Host permission to monitor urls accessed by the user and communicate it with SEQRITE Endpoint Protection as mentioned in webRequest Justification, via http protocol.
4. Storage
   Local storage is used to store the port number, which is used for communication with SEQRITE Endpoint Protection.
5. Downloads
   We need to observe the activity of tabs for url download. As per the extension functionality, we redirect the tab and show HTML block page, if downloading url is malicious. Also, we block the download.
