Läuft nicht unter Firefox 57! Kein Bild, egal welches Format. Läßt sich auch nicht konvertieren oder umwandeln. Wo bleibt die Alternative???

Was soll dieser neue Mist !

The new 7.0 is not working for me. i want my old one back!! I play the video and start downloading but it is not downloading Help

Bel miglioramento!
The 7 version don't run, isn't possibile select the destination drection, in addition the file seems to be descharged but cannot be read or converted. Up to the prvious version was the better, but now is only time loose. This is an improvement?

Latest versio 7.0 downloads everything in file format not video format extension - a big backward step on previous versions

So ein sch.. Kackdate!
No thx dafür Mozilla.

Once great add-on is now redirecting me to a dodgy website asking me to install additional software to continue using it.

Looks like this is paid subscription. Dodgy as all hell, should not be in the Firefox add-ons store anymore.

Version 7 mixes up the download list with content from the previous page in this tab but showing the same title and preview picture of the active page. It also forgets the last used directory sometimes from one second to another and just downloads to default Downloads folder, wtf? And that stupid smart naming cannot be disabled, need the original filename ... Please fix or make the previous versions compatible with Quantum! ...

Used to work but now it's nothing but an elaborate scam, trying to profit from open source software. Should be banned from Firefox!

STARTING TODAY....TOTALLY USELESS
CAN NOT DOWNLOAD MP4

I CAN SEE THAT MANY IN THIS FORUM AGREE WITH ME.

VERY SAD.... IT USED TO BE THE BEST PROGRAM ON THE INTERNET.

I WILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER DOWNLOAD WEBSITE TODAY
AND CHECK BACK IN A FEW DAYS
TO SEE IF YOU FIXED THE PROBLEMS.

it wont pick up mp4 files in many sites it use to work perfectly before the update

The latest version running in Firefox Quantum (57) no longer detects videos playing on many sites - the icon stays greyed out :(

uma porcaria

I used to love this add-on, but since the upgrade for Firefox 57 it's completely useless to me. Don't think much of the Firefox upgrade either.

Siete pazzi?

after upgrade firefox 57 this addons be useless

can't use any useful feature but the "copy URL" one, which comes in handy sometimes.

Too bad. did this one also got bought by a shady company and changed into a $ Maker ?
Too sad to see u go Downloadhelper :(

I created this account to rate this atrocious parasite of an extension. It's useless unless you pay 18.50€. It puts a huge watermark over all videos. It abuses the spirit of open source and sells the hard work of ffmpeg developers for an absolutely horrendous price. I hope the scammers who publish this extension will get banned from the Firefox extension site as soon as possible. Please report this extension as fraudulent so we can stop this kind of abuse.

Didn't install this "companion" app, but 720p videos are now downloading in weird generic "file" extensions. Gotta convert them manually. If this watermark talk is real... Well, sayonara!

Sucks
