YouTube Presence for Discord von Keen

YouTube doesn't show up on your Discord profile the way Spotify does, so I made
this to fix that.

When something's playing on YouTube it drops the title, channel, a live progress
bar and the thumbnail onto your Discord status. It works on normal YouTube and on
YouTube Music, and it keeps up when a playlist or radio auto-plays the next song,
since it reads the actual player instead of guessing from the URL.

Heads up: the extension can't reach Discord by itself. It comes with a small
desktop app (Windows, free, open source) and that's the part that actually puts
the status up. You can grab it from the project page linked below. No bot and no
login, it just uses Discord's local connection.

Your data doesn't go anywhere. The only thing it ever contacts is 127.0.0.1,
which is your own computer. No accounts, no tracking, and it only runs on YouTube.
