    - Updated OpenAI lineup: GPT-5.6 Terra (Balanced) and GPT-5.6 Luna (Efficient) replace the superseded GPT-5.4 series
    - New default: OpenAI provider now defaults to gpt-5.6-terra (was gpt-5.4-mini)
    - Removed gpt-5.4-nano, gpt-5.4-mini, gpt-5.4, and gpt-4o (Legacy) from the OpenAI dropdown (all superseded; stored prefs using them still work via API)
    - max_completion_tokens handling extended to GPT-6 family IDs (future-proofing)

    Upgraders
    - If your saved model was one of the removed IDs, it keeps working, but re-pick Terra/Luna in settings to stay current
