We’re excited to introduce the first version of the BookFusion Browser Extension.
This release lets you save clean, readable versions of web articles and supported documents directly to BookFusion. Saved articles are archived as EPUBs with support for rich media such as images, audio, and video where available, helping preserve content even if the original page changes or disappears.

- View highlights and notes in a sidebar
- Jump back to highlighted sections on the page
- Capture article metadata such as title, author, URL, publish date, and date saved
- Organize saved articles with tags, shelves, and metadata
- Generate a table of contents from article headings
- Re-save articles to update content or fix metadata
- Detect supported PDF and EPUB links
- Use the extension locally before signing in
- Sign in to sync articles, highlights, and notes across BookFusion Web and Mobile
- Import reading history from apps such as Pocket, Omnivore, and Instapaper through BookFusion
- Export highlights and notes for use with tools like Notion and Obsidian
