Fixed: double-clicking a word on a page did nothing until you had used the right-click menu on that page first. Double-click lookup now works as soon as you turn it on.

Site access is now opt-in. Installing no longer asks for access to all websites. Dejavu asks for it only when you enable double-click lookup, and you can revoke it at any time.

New: a "Go to Dejavu Web App" and a "How to use" link in the popup; the how-to page also opens once after installing.

Improved: shorter right-click menu ("Dejavu English"); the search direction now shows your real languages (e.g. "Eng -> Tur") instead of "My native language"; "Save to notebook" sits at the top of the result and stays visible while you scroll; if you type the sentence a word appears in, you now also get the meaning for that context, a translation of the sentence and text-to-speech for it.
