dl-srv is the companion extension for dl-srv, a self-hosted download server for your NAS (HTTP files, torrents, and yt-dlp).

Data practices
URLs and cookies (when required for a download) are transmitted only to the server URL you configure. See

- Intercept browser downloads and queue them on your NAS.
- Send the current tab URL from the toolbar popup.
- Right-click links or pages → download on NAS.
- Choose category (tv, movies, inbox, etc.) or send back to the browser.
- Connects only to your dl-srv instance — no third-party servers.
Setup
- Install and run dl-srv on your NAS or PC (GitHub).
- Open extension Options → enter server URL (e.g.
http://<server-ip>:35778) and API token from the dl-srv setup wizard. - Enable Intercept browser downloads if desired.
