About this extension

EBYS Otomatik Evrak Kapat eklentisi gelen evrakları manuel olarak kapatma işlemini otomatikleştirir ve zaman kazandırır.

Eklenti evrak tıklandığında konu kodunu okuyup ilgili klasörü seçer ve "Evrak Kapat" butonuna basarak evrağı hızlıca kapatır. Kullanıcıların günlük iş yükünü azaltmak için tasarlanmıştır.

Durum seçici sayesinde eklentiyi istediğiniz zaman Aktif veya Pasif hale getirebilirsiniz. Aktif olduğunda yeşil çerçeveli ikon, pasif olduğunda kırmızı çerçeveli ikon görüntülenir.
