About this extension

Forever20/20 is a structured eye-care session extension designed to reduce screen fatigue by enforcing focused break sessions in-browser. When a session starts, the extension opens a dedicated overlay tab and keeps the session active until completion (or an allowed skip). Session controls are available from the extension UI, including Start Session, Pause/Resume, Skip, and wallpaper/theme preferences.

Key features include adaptive phase behavior, a daily skip cap, optional analytics endpoint support, and token-based access control with verification and renewal flow. Smart Pause is intentionally strict: it activates only when supported meeting domains are detected and an audible call is active. It does not trigger for normal media browsing such as social/video playback.
