Massive Format Expansion
• JSON Support: You can now download and upload table data as JSON! The extension automatically maps table headers to JSON keys for clean, structured data.
• TSV & Copy to Clipboard: Added a one-click "Copy" button that extracts table data as Tab-Separated Values (TSV)—perfect for instantly pasting directly into Excel, Google Sheets, or Notion.

Upgraded Table Injection Engine

• Select Dropdown Support: Grid Genie now intelligently detects and populates <select> dropdown menus.
• Modern Framework Support: Upgraded the data injection engine to perfectly trigger state changes in modern JS
frameworks like React and Vue.

UI & Quality of Life Improvements

• Visual Confirmation Flashes: Uploaded cells will now briefly flash a soft green to give you visual confirmation that data was successfully written to the page.
• Dynamic Modals: The upload options modal dynamically adjusts its wording and logic based on whether you dragged in a CSV or JSON file.
• Smarter Data Alignment: Fixed an edge-case bug where complex tables with "intermediate" formatting headers would shift data out of alignment upon re-upload.

Security & Privacy Enhancements
• Restructured underlying DOM manipulation to eliminate innerHTML entirely, conforming to the absolute strictest browser security standards.
• Added explicit Data Collection declarations ensuring Grid Genie remains 100% private and runs entirely locally.

The popup will be responsive and offer better messaging for when page goes stale and needs to be refreshed in order to work on a specific page.

Better messaging to let the user know the buttons are responsive and that actions are taking place.

Removed "scripting" and "storage" permissions in place of allowing the user to determine when the extensions features are active (or deactivated) on a given page.

There is also a banner that lets the user know how many tables were "activated" or "deactivated" when the buttons are clicked in the popup.
