    Works with firefox 48.0 and later
    - Updated to use MutationObserver (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/MutationObserver) to dynamically update the tracked media pipelines. This greatly improves reliability and stability of the plugin.

    - Simplified the internal messaging for reliability.

    - Fixed a bug where changing the preset didn't result in changes to the current media pipelines.

    - Fixed a visual bug that caused funny alignment of the gain values.
