    Cancelled orders are now hidden instead of deleted, so turning it off brings
    them back. You can also hide returned and refunded orders now. Added a Peek
    button, a count on the icon, and a keyboard shortcut. Plus 7 more Amazon stores
    and a bunch of fixes.
