About this extension
New Tab Redirect and Tab Redirect Blocker helps you stay focused by sending every new tab to a page you choose, and blocking websites that pull you off track.

What you can do for free
  • New tab redirect — Open Google, a blank page, your dashboard, or any custom URL whenever you press Ctrl+T (Cmd+T on Mac).
  • Website blocker — Block distracting domains or specific pages with a clear on-page message.
  • Quick presets — One-click shortcuts for popular sites (Google, YouTube, X, Instagram, and more).
  • Custom site list — Save your own destinations and block targets in one place.
  • Splash screen — Optional short delay before redirect so you always know where you're going.
  • Import / export — Back up and restore your settings.
  • Multi-language UI — Interface follows your browser language (English, Chinese, Japanese, and more).

Optional Pro features

Pro unlocks advanced tools such as work/personal profiles, scheduled redirect & block hours, site categories, and category-based blocking. Core redirect and blocking work without an account or license.

Privacy

Your redirect and block settings stay on your device. The extension does not collect browsing data. A license key is only sent to our server when you voluntarily activate Pro.

Getting started
  1. Install the extension and open Options from the toolbar icon.
  2. Pick a redirect destination under New Tab, then click Save.
  3. Add sites to block under Blocker if you want distraction blocking.
  4. Open a new tab to test — you're done.
