PorterBase Cart Sync by PorterBase

PorterBase Cart Sync helps appliance-parts professionals copy supplier cart lines into the PorterBase business they select.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Build a cart on a supported supplier website.
2. Click the PorterBase toolbar icon to open the draggable panel.
3. Click “Read cart” to review the detected part numbers, descriptions, quantities, prices and job references.
4. Click “Add cart” or “Update cart” to send the displayed lines to PorterBase.

Cart information is never synchronized automatically. Reading a cart happens locally in the browser. Cart lines are transmitted only when the user explicitly clicks “Add cart” or “Update cart.”

The extension is inactive on other websites.

PRIVACY

• Data is transmitted only to PorterBase.
• No advertising, analytics or tracking.
• Credentials are entered only on the extension-owned sign-in page.
• Cart data is not stored by the extension.
• The session ends when Firefox restarts, the user signs out or PorterBase rejects the session.

REQUIREMENTS

A PorterBase account with permission to manage purchase orders and Firefox 142 or newer.
