Internal TalentSphere tool. On the partner "OR Transaction Form" (Smartsheet),
it adds a toolbar that pulls the selected month's Billings and Cash-in totals
from the TalentSphere Placement app and fills the matching consultant fields,
sets Posting Period / Transaction Type / Industries / Split, checks "Send me a
copy", and fills the receipt email.

It NEVER submits the form — you review every value and click Submit yourself.

Access is restricted: data is fetched from the Placement app using a private,
SRA-only access token that unlocks nothing else.
