Translation Data
When you use our translation service (web app or browser extension), the images you choose to translate are uploaded to our servers for processing (OCR, translation, inpainting, and typesetting). We temporarily process these images to generate translated outputs.

Extension Data
The Terra Translate browser extension stores only the following locally in your browser:
- A short-lived authentication token to keep you signed in
- Your user preferences (e.g., language settings)

No browsing history, page content, or unrelated images are collected by the extension.

How We Use Your Information
- To provide image translation services
- To manage your account and credit balance
- To communicate service updates or support responses
- To improve translation quality and service performance

Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We may share data with:
- Cloud infrastructure providers (for hosting and image processing)

Translated images and source images are retained for a limited period to allow you to re-download results and for quality assurance. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
