Consigliere — Privacy Policy (last updated 20 June 2026)

Consigliere is a strategy-advisor browser extension for the game The Syndicate. This policy explains exactly what it accesses, why, and what it does not do.

What the extension accesses
- Your in-game state. When you press Scan, the extension reads your own roster, territory/map, and scout intel from The Syndicate's API using your already-logged-in session, and sends it to the Consigliere backend to compute recommendations.
- Authentication. You sign in via Privy. The extension stores a Privy access token locally and sends it to the backend to verify your identity and subscription tier.

How that data is used
- To compute and return strategy recommendations (best play, targets, training and garrison plans).
- To store your scout intel server-side so it persists across sessions/devices (a Pro feature).
- To record your subscription tier (Basic / Pro).

What we do NOT do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.
- We do not collect your email, payment details, location, or browsing history. (Identity is handled by Privy; any payment is handled by your own wallet — the extension never sees those.)
- Each user's data is private to that user; nobody sees anyone else's.

Data storage & removal
- The Privy access token is stored locally in your browser; disconnecting or removing the extension clears it.
- Scout intel and tier are stored in the backend, keyed to your Privy user id. To request deletion, contact us below.
