Tried the free version first and immediately upgraded to Pro once I saw how smoothly it merges audio and video into a single clean MP4. Ran into an issue downloading from a couple of niche, tricky sites, so I reached out to support. The dev responded quickly and had the issue patched within a few days. Now everything downloads without a hitch. Outstanding support and totally worth the money.
