About this extension
Voice Watch Connector links Roblox in your browser to the Voice Watch Windows desktop app, so Voice Watch can check your Roblox voice chat status, show suspension timers, and notify you when voice chat is restored.
This extension is the browser-side companion for Voice Watch. It uses your existing Roblox browser session to let the local desktop app read voice chat availability, login state, and current server information for rejoin support. The extension is read-only: connection management, polling, notifications, overlay, and update handling are controlled by the desktop app.
Privacy is central to this project. This extension does not request access to your ROBLOX account, does not track analytics and does not forward any of your data to an external server. Instead, the connector communicates locally with the Voice Watch desktop application using native messaging and makes API calls to Roblox when necessary to check the state of voice chat.
Features:
- Connects Roblox browser status to the Voice Watch desktop app
- Helps detect voice chat suspension and restoration
- Supports logged-out, suspended, and restored states
- Provides current server metadata for rejoin support when available
- Open source and privacy-first
Requires the Voice Watch desktop app for Windows.
Voice Watch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
