Type a short keyword like ";hi" and it instantly expands to "Hi there, thanks for reaching out!" in any text
field — email, forms, docs, social media, and more.

Typewise is a local-first text expansion tool. All user snippets are stored locally using chrome.storage.local to ensure speed and privacy.
Testing Instructions:
Install the extension.
Open the dashboard via the toolbar icon.
Add a new snippet (e.g., Shortcut: ;hi, Content: "Hello there!").
Go to any text input field on the web, type ;hi, and observe the immediate expansion.
(Optional) Toggle "Cloud Sync" in settings to test Firebase integration.
Permissions:
The extension uses storage for local snippet persistence and scripting to perform text replacement within web page input fields. No user keystrokes are logged or transmitted to external servers.
