WHAT IT DOES

Smart category filter: every video in your feed gets a small category label (education, entertainment, gossip, gaming, music and more). Choose which categories you want to see, and hide the rest.

Labels you can teach: hover a label and answer "Right? Yes / Change". The filter learns from every answer.

Block YouTube Shorts, TikTok & Instagram Reels, and clickbait. Remove short-form dopamine traps from your feed, including YouTube's Shorts shelves.

Distraction-free YouTube home: hides the category chip bar and "Explore more topics" rabbit holes.

Following-only mode: stay on the people you follow instead of the algorithm, on TikTok, Instagram and X (Pro).

Hide Instagram Stories, and the "Suggested for you" column (Pro).

HOW IT WORKS & PRIVACY

Algoright runs in your browser and classifies content on-device. When the on-device model is unsure about a video, AI Classification (on by default, a small daily allowance without an account) sends only that video's title and channel name through our secure server to a third-party AI model to pick a category. You can turn AI Classification off in settings to keep filtering fully on-device. We never sell your data, and we never send your browsing history.

Algoright is intended for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13, and accounts are not available to them.

Works on Chrome, Edge and every Chromium-based browser.
