- Fixed the "use meta description" setting, which was being ignored and
  always ran as if it were on. Heads up: if you never opened Settings,
  it's off now. Turn it on there if you want it.
- Images we can't download — private ones, or anything behind a login
  like a wp-admin thumbnail — now retry by uploading from your browser.
- Errors tell you what actually went wrong instead of one generic message.
- The copy button no longer says "Copied!" when the copy didn't work.
