Animus AI Blocker helps you hide images and videos labeled as AI-generated on supported social websites in desktop Firefox. Unlabeled and uncertain content stays visible.

HOW IT WORKS
The extension checks supported creator or platform AI-generation labels and covers matching posts with a reversible notice. It does not use a visual AI detector and cannot identify every AI-generated image or video.

YOUR CONTROLS
Reveal a filtered post when you want to see it, correct a decision locally, and enable or disable protection for supported websites. An optional setting removes filtered posts from regular feeds; short-video players keep a reveal notice. Reddit community AI flairs are a separate opt-in rule, not platform-verified proof.

EARLY ACCESS LIMITATIONS
Filtering depends on the website exposing a supported label and on its current layout and language. Not every page, label or post is supported. This desktop extension does not filter inside native mobile apps.

FREE AND LOCAL
No account, payment or subscription is required. Feed processing, settings and corrections stay in your browser. This Firefox version does not upload feed content, fetch media for analysis, run visual AI models or verify Content Credentials. It periodically downloads signed safety settings from our configuration server. These requests contain no feed content or identifiers; the hosting provider receives ordinary connection metadata such as IP address.
