    • More reliable connections. Marketplaces now stay connected instead of dropping to "Login timed out" a few minutes after connecting.
    • No more leftover tabs. The extension reuses and tidies up its own tabs instead of leaving a pile of them open in your browser.
    • Fewer false alarms. A brief hiccup or slow network response no longer makes a marketplace look logged out — the extension waits until it's genuinely sure before asking you to log in again.
    • Better Firefox support, including setups that use container tabs or enhanced privacy protection.
    • Clearer status messages so you can tell the difference between "still working on it," "waiting for you to log in," and an actual problem.

    • Syncing sales/royalties from Amazon, Apple, B&N, Draft2Digital, Google, IngramSpark, or Kobo — you'll be asked to grant access from a banner in the extension popup the first time you connect that marketplace.
    • Publishing actions (uploading or updating books) — you'll be prompted from within Authorbase itself when you kick off the action.
    • Clearer feedback when something's wrong
      Previously, if the extension was logged out, just reinstalled, or otherwise unreachable, Authorbase would tell you the marketplace "should open" — even when nothing was actually happening. Now Authorbase waits up to 10 seconds to confirm the extension picked up your request, and shows a proper error message if it didn't.
    • No more stuck actions
      If you reinstalled the extension while actions were queued up, it could open multiple unwanted tabs trying to catch up. Old queued actions are now cleared whenever you start a new one, so you get a clean slate every time.
