Everything runs locally in your browser. Nothing about the pages you visit, or the files you download, is ever sent anywhere. This does not bypass DRM, paywalls, or login walls, and it will not work on adaptive-streaming players (such as YouTube-style sites) that assemble video from many small segments instead of exposing one standalone file - that's a browser-level limitation, not a defect.
