CareClinic Health Tracker gives you a quick way to check today's medication schedule, mark doses as taken, record multiple symptoms with separate severity and notes, and review recent patterns without opening the full dashboard.

• See today's scheduled medications and supplements.
• Mark eligible doses as taken and keep your CareClinic history up to date.
• Turn on optional desktop reminders. Medication names stay hidden unless you choose to show them.
• Click a reminder to open the Today view.

• Select one or more symptoms from your CareClinic plan.
• Give each symptom its own 1-to-10 severity and note.
• Record medications and symptoms together in one daily check-in.
• Review check-in days, medication completions, average symptom severity, and recent weekly trends.

Sign in on the official CareClinic website. The extension uses the same CareClinic account as iOS, Android, and web, so you do not have to maintain a second health record.


CareClinic Health Tracker only connects to CareClinic after you choose to allow access. It does not read your browsing history or unrelated websites, and it never asks for your CareClinic password. You can disconnect and remove access at any time.
