Latest version
Version 0.9.4
Released 4 Oct 2026 - 78.11 kBWorks with firefox 140.0 and later, android 142.0 and later- New look: the Export button on the ChatGPT page and the toolbar window are redesigned. Every format has its own colour, and the button follows ChatGPT's light or dark theme.
- New icon.
- Code in HTML and PDF files is now coloured, as in a code editor: keywords, strings, comments and numbers. Works for Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C, C++, C#, Go, Rust, shell, SQL, JSON, HTML, CSS and YAML blocks.
- Formulas from ChatGPT answers now come out as real formulas in HTML and PDF files: fractions, roots, powers and indices, Greek letters, sums, integrals, matrices. Word, Markdown and text files keep the LaTeX source, as before.
- Shared links: when ChatGPT's bot check stops the add-on, it now tries once more and tells you what to do, instead of saying the link is not public.
- After the third export the add-on asks once, in a small card, for a rating on Firefox Add-ons.

Version 0.9.3
Released 1 Oct 2026 - 51.37 kBWorks with firefox 140.0 and later, android 142.0 and later0.9.3- Pictures now go inside your HTML, PDF and Word files: images ChatGPT generated, images you uploaded and charts from data analysis, each in its place in the conversation. Markdown and plain text get a short note where the picture was. Untick "images" in the toolbar popup for a lighter file.
- Word export is now a real .docx file, with the pictures, headings, lists, tables, code and links inside.
- Web search sources now come out as links with their addresses, instead of stray markers like "citeturn0search3". In PDF, HTML and Word they are clickable.
- Links to files ChatGPT made in its sandbox only open inside ChatGPT, so the file shows their name with a note instead of a dead link. Files you uploaded are listed by name.
- New option "code ChatGPT ran": the code the model ran for data analysis and what it printed, as code blocks. Off by default, as it is folded away on the page.
- One answer is one entry in the file: text, pictures and code that ChatGPT shows together are no longer split into several "ChatGPT" blocks.
- Shared links: pictures stay in ChatGPT, and the file shows a frame in their place.
- Fixed: a link whose address contained "&" led to the wrong page in HTML and PDF files.

Version 0.9.2
Released 21 Aug 2026 - 38.11 kBWorks with firefox 140.0 and later, android 142.0 and laterChoose exactly what goes into the file, and export from shared links too.- New "Choose messages..." list in the toolbar popup: every message with a tick box, untick the ones you do not need, then export in any format.
- New option "answers only, without your prompts".
- Export only the part you highlighted: select text in a conversation, then use the highlighted-part option. The original Markdown is kept, not the flattened text the browser hands out.
- Shared conversations now work: open a chatgpt.com/share/... link that someone sent you and export it like your own chat.
- Choose how the exported file looks: follow your system theme or force light or dark, and pick the text size.
- The optional Yahoo search setting has been removed from this version. Nothing in the add-on changes your search engine any more.
- The conversation is read once per popup session instead of once per button, so ChatGPT rate-limits you less.
As before: everything is built and downloaded inside your browser. No account, no server, no tracking.Source code released under Mozilla Public Licence 2.0
