    Version 0.4 and 0.3 are bugfixes.

    Version 0.2 changed the key bindings from `;`, `:`, `.`, `,` to `Break`, `Pause`, `SysRq`, `PrintScreen` respectively. It was done because insert mode detection sometimes fails. If user wanted to input e.g. `.` in such a case then the character was consumed by this extension. This change fixes it since SysRq & Break keys are not used in input controls.

    Version 0.3 is a bugfix so that buffer selection is not opened when `.` is pressed in an input box.
