Currently supports Facebook, with YouTube and Instagram in progress. Key controls:

Cover Photos / Videos / Short-Form — replace media with PHOTO/VIDEO placeholders
Reveal — progressively longer hold times each time you peek, resetting daily
Reels — block infinite scroll, hide the Reels button
Comments — dead-button comment inputs on feed posts and Reels
Lock system — lock any setting behind a math problem or email-a-friend challenge so it's harder to undo impulsively
