    Works with firefox 128.0 and later, android 128.0 and later
    Versions prior to 128.0 are not supported (but can be upon kind request - get in touch) - detail: Firefox didn't support service_worker as the background script format in MV3 until Firefox 128 (released June 2024). Before that, Firefox MV3 required background.scripts instead. Since the manifest uses "service_worker" with no "scripts" fallback, Firefox 128 is the practical minimum for desktop.
