Fixed: on the "Certification Tables" step, the page could reload repeatedly
and re-fill the same table before moving on. Each table is now filled and
saved once.
Improved: the Passpaw progress panel now shows which table is being filled
("Filling table 1 of 2: Rabies Vaccination"), when a save or page reload is
about to happen, and how many tables remain. The pet and destination shown
at the top of the panel now stay visible on every page.
Improved: if VEHCS rejects a table, you'll see a message naming the table
so you can correct it and retry.
