    - New panel design: cheapest chain(s) highlighted in one block, other chains ranked by price, savings vs. average.
    - Promotions shown with the original price ("מחיר לפני הנחה" toggle).
    - Panel can be minimized to a small bar or an edge tab; the choice is remembered.
    - Panel renders in a Shadow DOM so shopping sites' styles no longer break it.
    - Security: all API/page-derived text is HTML-escaped; only http(s) links are rendered.
    - Declares the data it sends (page URL and product details) under data_collection_permissions.
