About this extension
Twitch Enhancer is a modular extension that improves everyday Twitch viewing with practical quality-of-life tools. It brings several useful Twitch tweaks into one place, so you can manage stream quality, claim channel points, keep background playback more reliable, and customize how stream information appears across the site.
It is especially useful for background watching, drops, and channel points, while still letting you enable only the features you actually want.
Main features:
- Toggle video quality with one click from the extension button:
Switch between low quality and your preferred high quality, and optionally mute player/tab.
Notes:
• The extension does not block ads.
• It does not alter Twitch server-side behavior and works only with client-side functionality already available to the user.

- In rare cases, you may see a [??] suffix — this happens when the stream has no language set in GQL and no recognizable custom tags to infer it from. I’m exploring possible ways to improve detection; it may be resolved in future updates.
Known issues with Show Drops Indicator module:
- In rare cases, Drops indicators may produce false positives because the extension relies on information provided by the streamer in the stream title or tags, which may not reflect actual Drops availability.
- Some localized Drops tags are not yet supported, so indicators may not appear for streams in less common languages such as Tagalog, Malay, or Hindi. Language coverage will be expanded whenever reliable tag information becomes available.
