Latest version
Version 0.11.0
Released 17 Aug 2026 - 150.92 MBWorks with firefox 140.0 and later, android 142.0 and laterWhat is new in 0.11.0- Birth dates are now detected. The extension had no date handling at all
before this, so a date of birth in a pasted contract or a dropped PDF went
through untouched. Nine languages, read from the words around the date, which
is why invoice dates, contract dates and meeting times are still left in
plaintext. Masking every date would strip the context the assistant needs to
be useful. - Links that carry a credential are masked. Passwords written into a web
address, presigned storage links where the signature is itself the key, and
one time tokens in a query string. A link to a public page is left untouched,
for the same reason. - Fixes a case where a secret could be masked at the wrong position, which left
the real value in the output. It happened when the value also appeared inside
its own keyword, for example "password: pass".
Everything still runs on your own machine. No account, no network access and no
telemetry.Source code released under All Rights Reserved

Version 0.10.2
Released 9 Aug 2026 - 150.92 MBWorks with firefox 140.0 and later, android 142.0 and laterWhat is new in 0.10.2- Fixes the on-device name detector failing to start, which left the extension
running regex-only detection and showing "lite disabled" in the popup. A
packaging bug in 0.10.0 shipped the wrong inference runtime files. - Clearer licensing for in-page masking. The toggle now explains that the
feature needs a license before asking for site access, and the extension no
longer requests permissions it cannot use. The Mask button inside the AI
sites appears only on licensed installs.
Everything from 0.10.0: the in-page Mask button on supported assistant sites, a
first run page that explains the free tier, wider detection coverage for
national identity numbers, phone numbers and addresses, and an updated
on-device inference runtime.
