WriteCloud AI Privacy Policy

WriteCloud AI is a browser extension by SiteMind AI Labs that helps users improve, rewrite, and translate text directly in the browser.

When the user actively uses the extension on selected or entered text, the text may be sent to the WriteCloud AI backend in order to generate the requested improvement, rewrite, or translation. The extension may process website content and personal communications only when the user chooses to use the writing assistant.

WriteCloud AI does not intentionally collect passwords, payment details, private credentials, or sensitive authentication information. The extension is designed to avoid password fields and sensitive input fields. Users should not submit highly sensitive information, passwords, payment data, or private credentials through the extension.

The extension may process technical data necessary to provide and secure the service, such as request metadata, browser information, error logs, and usage-related technical information. This data is used for service operation, security, abuse prevention, debugging, and reliability.

Text submitted to the AI service is used only to provide the requested writing assistance, such as improving, rewriting, or translating text. SiteMind AI Labs does not sell user data to advertisers.

Data is transmitted securely where supported by the browser and service infrastructure. Access to backend systems is restricted to authorized systems and personnel needed to operate and maintain the service.
