Security & bypass fixes

Cloudflare Turnstile no longer blocks extension requests. All API calls now send Authorization: Bearer <token> and X-Extension-Secret headers.

Login and 2FA calls were missing auth headers entirely, causing every pre-login request to fail Turnstile verification. Both are now fixed.

Manual scans from the popup now redirect the active tab to the block page when a threat is detected — previously only passive overlay scans triggered a redirect.
