End-User License Agreement for auto-checklist-qs

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing and using auto-checklist-qs ("the Add-on"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not install or use the Add-on.

2. License Grant

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Add-on for personal use in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Description of Service

auto-checklist-qs is a browser extension that performs automatic clicking functions to assist users with repetitive tasks on web pages.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:
- Use the Add-on only for lawful purposes
- Not use the Add-on to violate any website's terms of service
- Not use the Add-on for any automated activities that may harm or interfere with websites or services
- Take full responsibility for your use of the automatic clicking features

5. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Add-on
- Use the Add-on for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Use the Add-on to spam, harass, or harm others
- Redistribute or resell the Add-on

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ADD-ON WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE ADD-ON.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

9. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
