Contrary to some comments left today and previous days, on my FF 57 eBay works like a charm. However, even if some webpage misbehave, uBO buttons allow to quickly deactivate each single blocker or the whole blocker.
At today's date could not find a better blocker. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13320779, 9 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Durzel, 9 years agoThis software is quite simply brilliant. It is so invaluable that it is the first thing I install after I have finished a clean install of an OS.
It's one of those things that once you've used it you'll wonder how anyone else manages. Not being able to use it - e.g. on other people's computers, unsupported devices, etc - will feel like some kind of archaic torture.
Utterly brilliant. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13316853, 9 years ago

Have been using Adblock Plus for some time before which finally slowed Firefox down to a crawl, eating away big chunks of memory and cpu ressources. Was once a fine adblocker but now a useless piece of crap owned by the advertising industry! Even disabling the so called whitelist had no effect, surprise, surprise, when advertisers pay to slip through under the radar. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13316440, 9 years ago
