Until web-developers figure out how to stop ads from slowing down a site this is the best alternative. It also seems to block some of those "cry-baby nag" screens some sites pop-up to complain about your using an ad-blocker. If ads would behave themselves, people would not need to use blockers. We are inundated with advertising junk all the time. From junk-calls to junk-mail. This at least keep this crap off of our PC when we use the web. Thank you to the coders who work on this. Very easy to use, clean interface and I like the little hedgehog mascot too. -ACW

It is a perfect ad blocker. It prevents unnecessary ads from popping up and it even blocked viruses from entering my system. It's a superb extension.
