It does what the name says, it ultimately blocks ads. Splendid add-on.

Overall this is a great app. My suggestion would be to do a better job preventing web sites from knowing that I am using this extension and them forcing me to disable it to view the content.

Insanely aggressive, but erratic. Blocks legit content while still allowing ads and interstitials, and there's no way to selectively educate the thing on what's an annoyance and what can stay.
