Arint Screenshot is built with a strict privacy-first philosophy. Your data always stays on your device.

Local Processing:
All screenshots, image processing, and editing are performed locally within your browser using standard Web APIs such as Canvas and Blob. No images, screenshots, or related data are ever uploaded to external servers.

Data Collection:
Arint Screenshot does not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal information. The extension does not track usage, browsing history, analytics, or telemetry of any kind.

Permissions Usage:
The extension only requests the minimum permissions required for its functionality.

activeTab:
Used only to capture screenshots from the tab where the user explicitly activates the extension.

scripting:
Used only to programmatically scroll the webpage during full-page screenshot captures.

storage:
Used temporarily to pass captured image data from the background process to the editor tab. This data is cleared immediately after the editing session ends.
