ArticleSong transforms any web article into an original AI-generated song! Choose from multiple musical styles and listen within minutes.

Requires a SunoAPI key from sunoapi.org to function. Optional Anthropic API key enhances lyrics quality. The author of this extension is not affiliated with Suno or sunoapi.org in any way.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Navigate to any article on the web
2. Click the ArticleSong extension icon
3. Choose your preferred song style:
- Musical (Broadway-style theatrical)
- Spoken Word (hip-hop/poetry)
- Meme Song (internet culture humor)
- Cute (kawaii/upbeat pop)
- Informative (educational/documentary)
- Or use the article text directly as lyrics
4. The extension extracts the article content using Mozilla's Readability library
5. Lyrics are generated (via SunoAPI or optionally via Anthropic Claude for enhanced quality)
6. SunoAPI forwards your request to Suno.ai for professional music generation
7. Start listening in ~40 seconds via streaming, full download ready in 2-3 minutes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Anthropic API key (OPTIONAL) - For enhanced lyrics via Claude (~$0.10 per song). Without this, SunoAPI generates lyrics directly (still produces great results!).
